[drats_users] Form editing issue

Hi Dan,

I noticed that when editing elements of a form, the default ID is 
"foo".  If you try to change that value, you must first move the cursor 
out of the ID field before pressing save.  If you don't, the entered 
value is lost, and it's replaced by "foo".

Other comments from the group up here in Federal Way:
- The red on black location markers are hard to read on the map
- It would be nice to sync auto qst configurations among a group of 
connected users.  If a user providing an auto qst goes offline for some 
reason, a backup D-RATS system will notice the message was not sent can 
automatically enable that qst and send the data out.

We also have a public ratflector running at drats.myhamcall.com:8080 
(8080 for egress through a corp firewall)

We are having great fun learning D-RATS as a group.
