 Actually the problem is deeper than that.  I created a message form under
 the old version (non Beta) and it is listed under the message templates.
 When I go to New and Chose a form the one I created is not listed but the
 one that I cut and pasted in the Forms_templates folder is there.  I have
 the same number of forms in the message templates drop down as I have in
 the Chose a form but each has one that is different.  I don't know if the
 debug log would capture this or not.
