[drats_users] Help files for Forms?

Well, then your problem is finding the directory I suppose, as D-RATS
wouldn't run at all without it.  See this FAQ entry for the instructions:

Well, it really needs to be in a protected directory because the content
and format is controlled by D-RATS.  However, what I can do is provide
you an easier way through the GUI to import/export form templates for
easier access and transport.  How does that sound?
