[drats_users] use of DRATS with the DVDongle

How do you find it to download. I amd using 0.3.1b4 now.

You need the latest version of D-RATS, D-RATS 0.3.1b5.

“Easy. Fire up DVTool, then fire up D-RATS. In the Radio setup, set the port type to "dongle", and give it a name.
