[drats_users] use of DRATS with the DVDongle

Except that in D-RATS 0.3.0 when I go to File->Preferences->Radio->Add the
port options are serial, network and TCN - there is no dongle option.

"Easy.  Fire up DVTool, then fire up D-RATS.  In the Radio setup, set the
port type to "dongle", and give it a name.
