Hi folks,

I just posted 0.3.1b5 with the following changes:

 - Fix adding static map overlays
 - Make D*Query tool use currently-selected chat port
 - Add a form logo directory configuration element in "paths"
 - Make form logo selection in form builder a drop-down with suggestions
   from the logos directory
 - Fix ID list growing too large in repeater
 - Fix path list growing too large in repeater
 - Fix Map->Broadcast Location
 - Make "force transmission delay" accept a negative number that implies
a random number between zero and that value
 - Fix DPRS button in GPS QST editor
 - Fix DPRS message detection when the checksum is one hex character
 - Add default GPS comment configuration element that controls the
comment on the beacon returned when someone requests position
   remotely
 - Make the map use the default comment for the self position marker,
which makes your default icon show up on the map
 - Include port name in the in-chat status notification message
 - Fix re-populating the stations list after clearing it
 - Fix escaping the '&' character in message fields which may corrupt
   the display
 - Fix marking radiogram, etc forms as read in message display
 - Fix suggesting the recorded message recipient when hitting the send
   button in messages tab

Note that the changes to the form logo handling now imply a relative
path for the logo, so you may need to adjust any custom forms you have
if this is the case.

Also note that everyone should now go into the preferences and set a
default GPS comment (preferably with DPRS encoding) so that people who
remotely request position reports will see that.

Finally, it would be nice if people could experiment with the new "force
transmission delay" behavior. I think a lot of people on repeaters have
this set to 1 second. As you can imagine, if everyone is set at the
same interval, it's not a very effective multiple-access strategy.
Setting that to -1 will cause the delay to be randomly varied between
0.5 and 1 second on each transmission. Setting it to -2 will cause the
interval to be between 0.5 and 2 seconds, and so on.

Thanks!
