 Trying to add Static Points; nothing happens. Debug log shows unknown APRS
 symbols; however, I am using latest APRS Symbol Table, Rev. H. Also,
 documentation calls for five fields, followed by "," for each entry;
 Stations.csv file uses seven fields; therefore, need to add two "," at end
 of each line to avoid parsing error (which earlier debug logs had shown).

 Attached are debug.log and csv file I'm trying to add.
