[drats_users] Unable to load MAP Static Points in 0.3.1b4

I have my name.csv file in format: 

    SRC EOC,/o,30.598238,-87.069711,67,

When I specify Map/Edit Sources/ADD Static Point, nothing happens (i.e., 
not shown in list).

Any suggestions?
