[drats_users] Map window not updating

Dan,

Noticed the last day or two that my map window is not updating.  I'm 
not seeing position reports from users.  It worked perfectly up until 
a couple of days in 0.3.1b1.  I've upgraded to 0.3.1b4, but D-RATS is 
still not picking up the beacons, and new stations are not appearing 
in the map window.  The stations are beaconing, and are being gated 
through to the APRS network (I've been tracking them on aprs.fi).

I'm using D-RATS with DVTool 2b3.
