Yeah!  Success.  Your help with this is GREATLY appreciated.  We used D-rats to run a 'chat net' at the Sacramento Airshow in September.  It worked very well.  Very easy to set up and get operational (more so on Windows, for me).  When that F-22 Raptor is up, voice comms are difficult.  D-Rats is great for high-noise environments.  Now I need to find a good Linux program for packet (I'll probably have fits with that).

Okay, try this:

http://d-rats.com/download/v0.3.x/d-rats_0.3.1-1hardy_i386.deb

You'll want to uninstall the other one first, which you can do in
Synaptic.  Let me know!
