[drats_users] I need help

Dan,
I tried you suggestion today and that did not work either. I will try the
trimming in the next day or so.
And yes I did make my own cable and have tripled checked to make sure the
correct wire are connected
to the proper lugs at both ends. The only other thing I can think of is the
USB to Serial adapter could be
defected but it works with other devices. I'll keep plugging away at it.

This is definitely a problem with he 2820 and it's easy to get snagged
by this. I'll put this in the FAQ entry as well.
