 You're not supposed to have a from or to field anymore.  You're supposed
 to put the email address (the old "to" field) in the "Destination
 Callsign" field, which controls where the message is routed.  It's a
 little confusing because you don't think to put an email address in a
 callsign field.  Perhaps I need to put a tooltip on that box or change
 what it's called? (perhaps "Destination" instead of "Destination Callsign"
 ?)

 The reason you see it on Linux is because the installer for Windows is
 overwriting your form templates each time, but it is not for Linux.
