Comment:

 Fixed minimally in changeset:1686, and more exhaustively in
 changeset:1688.

 D-RATS now maintains a lock on the message while it's being transferred or
 edited, which excludes the other activity from happening.  Thus, opening a
 message in the outbox will cause it to not be considered for automatic
 sending until it is closed.  Likewise, a message being transferred will
 not be editable until the transfer is complete.
