[drats_users] D-RATS slow speed data and DVAR HotSpot

Indeed it does work!

Thanks for your efforts Mark!

At the risk of teaching those reading how to suck eggs one must do the 
follow to get it to work;

1) In DVAR Hot Spot select Edit > Slow Speed Callsigns and setup to your 
requirements

2) In D-RATS select File > Preferences > Radio.

3) Click the "Add" button. Enter the name of this port (I call mine DVAR 
Hot Spot - duh).

4) Select "Network" from the "Type" drop down menu.

5) Enter the IP address of the machine running the Hot Spot app. If this 
is the same machine as the D-RATS app enter 127.0.0.1.

6) Change the "Port" number to 20003.

7) Leave the password blank.

8) Click the "Add" button.

9) Click the "Save" button.

10) Have yourself a nice hot cup of Brownian Motion Inducer.

I have my setup blatting weather data across the shack from my 
"production" system to my "test" system and back quite happily.
