 First off, close 148 (I think) repeater.exe does now self kill when
 exiting.  '''This problem'''- Attempting to connect to repeater ratflector
 which has an authorized user list: d-rats waits several seconds but then
 gives no error in the event log, however it is not passing data to and
 from the repeater.  This was a clean install where I had deleted the
 previous bin and data folders.  Same behavior from both localhost and
 different machine.

 This snip from the log might give a clue. (Log attached)

 Starting port ports_1 (WC7SO/R)
 Doing authentication
 Error parsing line : need more than 1 value to unpack
 Assuming an old-school ratflector for now
