 Went to forward a message that was saved in the Inbox from K0TZ and was
 going to forward to W0RMT. Forward window pops up, but pretending to
 change my mind, I clicked cancel. If I then try to open that msg from K0TZ
 I get the "Unable to open: message in use by another task" message because
 that file has been locked. But, now in this version, closing down and
 restarting D-RATS clears the lock and I can open it again. In the previous
 beta, the file would stay locked even when closing D-RATS and starting
 back up.
