Ok yes can use D-rats(& or repeater) on your pc; id-1 DD connected, the same
way you do for an internet network connection. No difference there. Works great.
Connect to the ratflector or a d-rats repeater ip.
I had a few months of DD internet access last year when the local gateway router 
ports were misconfigured with 40001 tcp open. ( not allowed in VK )

Also was able to use DVTool to listen, but difficult to transmit due to lack of bandwidth.
So set your ID-1 up for DD with the pc and just use d-rats the same, as if home on the internet,
 which you are in anycase.
