Nothing specific to that port, no.

You should be able to use the ratflector syntax of
"net:localhost:20003" to hook it up.  There will be a large delay
while it times out waiting for the authentication prompt.  If it
works, I'll add a specific connection type for a vanilla socket.  I
need to do that for the dongle anyway.

You can also try a telnet client or netcat.  Something like "telnet
localhost 20003", and then see if the radio transmits when you type
some characters.
