[drats_users] D-RATS VS D-STAR COMMS

Hi John,
there's a lot of info at d-rats.danplanet.com about what d-rats does,  
but some of it is behind the feature set.  in addition to a simple  
"chat" window, D-rats does file transfers, mapping of stations, email  
to internet gateway and a host of other things that D-STAR COMMS  
doesn't do.  It also runs on Windows, Mac and Linux.
