[drats_users] d-rats won't start

Hi Keith,

Instead of this, type the following:

  sudo python setup.py install

When you've done that, there should be an icon in your Applications
menu (under Other, I believe).  Click that to try to run it.  If it
fails again, grab the ~/.d-rats/debug.log file and post it.
