[drats_users] E Mail

[Mark Phillips]

Tried it with the 2.8 that I have and I cannot get the email that I
send. The log shows a successful SMTP session with verizon but I never
get the email and it never drops from the forms list.

I guess I'll be upgrading later tonight.
