[drats_users] Possible feature requests for D-RATS

Following my observations across the Ratflector during Dayton, here are
a couple of possible feature requests for discussion:
 
1. Request version details for a specific station, or all D-RATS
stations.
When trying to determine if there is a potential problem it is useful to
know what version of D-RATS people are using.  Example: Across the
Ratflector I'm guessing people are running all sorts of different
versions that are behaving somewhat differently from each other.
Knowing what version people are using would simplify diagnosis and
identifying compatibility issues.
 
2. Request position coordinates from all D-RATS stations.
Similar to the ability to request position coordinates for a specific
station, but in this case send out a broadcast message which all
stations respond to (similar to ping CQCQCQ). Useful to identify if
D-RATS stations are nearby, or if trying to build a map of D-RATS
stations for demonstrations.
