 Scenario:
 Tried to forward a message sitting in the Inbox to the internet.
 Selected desired message.
 Clicked on "Email".
 Prompted "Send this form via email, Yes/No"
 Clicked on Yes.
 Error message below.
 In hindsight, I presume the Email button is to send an outbound message
 that has already been created (locally), but that wasn't obvious.
