#68: File transfer problem

Most often file transfer hangs between Windows/Linux stations. Only
sometimes very small files get through.
Debug gives you first outstanding data, then you'll start getting these
messages:

Block has no header/trailer: substring not found
Found a broken block (S:166 E:166 len(buf):410
---
Between two Linux stations things seem to be better, but not absolutely
stable.
