 In 0.3.0b7 auto QSTs are only sent on the currently selected port.  It
 would be nice if the user could define which QSTs were active on each of
 the ports.  Eg: only send QST1 on the port designated as Ratflector, only
 send QST2 on the port designated as IC-2820, send QST3 on All enabled
 ports.
