 In 0.3.0b6 the connections are left in 'monitor mode' when you uncheck the
 'Enabled' box in FIle-Preferences-Radio-Config. The unchecked port will
 disappear from the pull-down-menu in front of the outgoing chat box but
 incoming traffic will remain.

 To stop traffic flow from the disabled ports you'll have to exit D-RATS
 and start it again.

 Found in 0.3.0b6 under Debian etch and lenny, also under Windows XP.
