[drats_users] Ideas for 0.3.beta

I dont know if this has been covered before but wanted to suggest it 
for 0.3.  Knowing the fine work done so far it probably has.  Is there 
a way for the program to remember (history list) previously connected 
net address links such as the ratflector d-rats repeater?  It would be 
nice to pull up previous preferences like net addresses.

Looking forward to seeing everyone in Dayton.
