[drats_users] FYI - Amateur Radio Universal Text Messaging/Contact Initiative

John,

       This is VERY IMPORTANT subject and much needed during emergency
communications as most EOCs have adopted Winlink. Dstar D-Rats, APRS,
UI-View32, and others need to be tied together. Some are no longer supported
(ie UI-View32) but at the same time widely used.

      Maybe this can be best handled at the gateway/server level rather than
at the
user package level (client).
