[drats_users] Edit Sources

Not a bug but a question; Is there any way to edit the info fields of the
dynamic markers in the map window. With the capability of being able to
monitor real time info on streams, rivers, and buoys, it would be very
helpful to know what the normal readings are for the stations as well as
flood stage etc.
When you right click edit on a dynamic marker it does nothing.
