Ok I copied/replaced

http://d-rats.com/hg/hgwebdir.cgi/d-rats-0.3.hg/raw-file/e527d0f41c22/d_rats/emailgw.py

to

/root/download/D-Star/d-rats-linux2/d-rats-0.3.0-alpha8/d_rats

and got a gui up;
