[drats_users] More Files Transfer stuff information

Let me run some more tests. So far it's seems to be repeatable every time.
Would the debug log help?

The RPC code in 0.3 is no different than in 0.2 and it doesn't have an
enforced limit.  Did you try it, say, 5 or 10 times with each version to
make sure that it's 100% repeatable?
