You need to make the change to the build system before you build the
entire environment, not just the packages listed.

It looks to me like you might have a mismatch between py2app and
macholib (i.e. one -devel version and one not).

If you can nuke your entire MacPorts environment and start over, that is
best, otherwise you might try "port uninstall pango" and rebuilding from
there after making the ldflags change.
