Hi all,

I just posted 0.2.11b1 in the beta area.  This is a minimal refresh to
0.2.10 for the following two things:

1. Fix the MacOS issue with adding a map marker
2. Port the improved map-loading logic from 0.3

I'm not looking to really add any features to 0.2 anymore, but the first
item is a bug fix and the second is a direct port of code already
written for 0.3.  The new map stuff is just too good to leave out of 0.2
I think, especially since it's easy.  I still need to handle the case of
the user changing the zoom before the previous zoom level has finished
loading, but I'll get to that before too long.  Exercise the map stuff a
lot, please, to make sure this backport doesn't destablize the
otherwise-stable 0.2.x branch.

I posted PPC Mac packages, but I'm hoping Debbie can make us some Intel
packages shortly :)
