This definitely isn't an upgrade yet, and it's not meant for general
consumption at this point.  For that reason, I specifically haven't
posted an installer.  If you want to try it out (assuming you're on
Windows), you can grab the latest .zip file and extract it somewhere.
>From within, you can run d-rats.exe and it should run right from there.
