[drats_users] New user - where is com port setting?

I just downloaded D-Rats 0.2.10 and I can't find where to change the 
com port.  The FAQ on the web site says it's in the Drop-down box, but 
I haven't figured out where it is.

Sorry if this is old stuff, but I just got here.
