Hi all,

I just posted the official 0.3.0 release in the download directory.
I've created the 0.3.x download page here:

That page is live, but not linked from the main page just yet.  I need
to re-generate the UserManual PDF and then do some cleanup on the main
page to coincide with the release first.

Any comments on the list of new features on the download page would be
much appreciated.  I literally had a hard time thinking what all had
changed and what of that was noteworthy enough to mention.  Over the
next couple of days I'll be making the modifications to the main page,
changing the download link to point to the new version, etc.  If anyone
has strong feelings about how any of that should go, be sure to speak up.

Thanks a lot to everyone who contributed to 0.3.0 with tireless testing,
documentation, etc.  It's a big step forward and I'm looking forward to
getting it out to all the "regular users".
