 If it is necessary to send a file from station 'A' to station 'C' through
 station 'T', forms will have the routing information so station 'T' does
 not need to get involved.

 Without using an attachment, station 'A' must instruct station 'T' on what
 file to transfer, and where it should end up.

 If there is already a way to route a file, I'd like to know about it.
