[drats_users] GPS antenna for Drats

It depends on what you want to accomplish with the GPS:

1. If you want to plug it into a USB equipped computer and use it
within D-RATS, that should work.

2. If you also want to optionally plug it directly into a D-STAR
radio, it will not work as they do not have USB master inputs.

I believe Deluo makes both serial and USB versions of their
receiver/antenna units.
