[drats_users] 2.10b2 crashing

The debug log is still available, you just have to grab it manually.  Go
to %APPDATA%\D-RATS and grab debug.log.

We ran 10b1 on Monday night for two hours in a real test situation and
didn't run into anything like that.  There were only three small changes
between 10b1 and 10b2 that I'm sure didn't cause that kind of crash.
We'll see what the debug log says next time and go from there.
