[drats_users] D-RATS 0.2.9

Dear Dan,
Is there a phone number I can reach you and understand D-Rats usage?
I will try to be very specific and short not to waste your time. I am in 
Vancouver BC, US Pacific time zone, but do not mind calling when ever you 
are free and my D Rats up and running.
