[drats_users] d-rats

I had been stuck figuring out where to get ez_setup.py (which is  
different than easy_setup.py which was easier to find links to). I  
finally go that done and now get this:

I haven't had a chance to google it yet, so it might be something  
simple, but if you happen to know the answer that would be handy :-)
