[drats_users] Rig Control & D-RATS

Hi Dave:
Can you explain the tweaking, warm up, and pipeline settings in brief  
for me.  I'm starting to get a few more people involved in D-Rats  
here in metro Vancouver and I would like to be a little more  
knowledgeable when they ask me those questions.
