[drats_users] Can't start Drats

Opps sorry. 
It is always a good idea to copy these 2 files and send them to Dan so he
can see what causes the error. 
I have experienced similar symtoms when attempting a release regression.

Before you do, you might go in and grab both the d-rats.config and debug.log
file and send them to me.  That will help me determine how your config got
corrupted (if it did) or what else might be going on.
