[drats_users] D-Rats QST timer

Thanks guys,
I am looking to add an NWS RSS feed twice a day when we go on air here. 
Does anybody know how I can get the RSS feed QST to grab the title of 
the item that is sent over the air. I am having to use the Windows 
version temporary right now and the NWS feed puts the city location in 
the title. So when it fires I am only sending the current conditions but 
not where those conditions are.
