 It will be nice to have possibilities to address to a "chat room" our chat
 messages. I suggest to create a "tag" to set up in chat tab, in the same
 way we choose the port where send chat messages. Default is QST, otherwise
 have a particular code:
 - DX for DX spot or DX info
 - WX for weather info
 - ER for Emergency Radio call
 - etc.
 and custom codes for local chat (proxy cannot send to other proxy, only
 addressed to d-rats users).

 This is a selective chat, not provate chat.

 What do you think about, D-RATSers?
