[drats_users] DVTool 1.10 beta 5 and d-rats 0.3.1b1

Running these both on fedora 10 with the dongle connection ebabled in 
d-rtas I received into d-rats all data and that was nifty tracking 
stations with the map view.
However cannot send text with d-rats whith DVTool ptt enabled at same time.
I guess the java 1.10 b5 has no port to allow this, but still waiting on 
a latest non-java DVTool linux ver as well.
