Hi all,

I just posted 0.3.1b1 with the following changes:

- Added a File->Tools submenu and placed the D*Query function in there
  as well as a way to launch the proxy app directly from within D-RATS
  (to help the MacOS folks)
- Increase the size of the Send button (for MacOS)
- Fix "Broadcast Text File"
- Fix an issue with the proxy on old python and gobject
- Fix form reply
- Add "Dongle" connection type, which should allow use with a Dongle on
  v2.0 of DVTool (not yet tested)
- Obscure the password(s) in the Incoming Email account list
- Fix (hopefully) incoming email-to-form conversion to include all text
  parts of the mail, which should help with virus-scanned mails
- Clean up email-to-form conversion to avoid including MIME part headers
