[drats_users] localhost connection 0.3.0 CentOS 5

Dan, I´m convinced there is a problem with 0.3.0 repeater itself(as far 
as centos 5 goes)
I tried 0.2.11 repeater with 0.3.0 d-rats comms and no problem;

also when 0.3.0 repeater is tested and turned on, no verbose shows for 
the ratflector connection,
besides the localhost conn problem.
