[drats_users] new drats user.

Hi list,
I'm quite a new drats user, but not new to d-star.  I think I have it 
configured properly in that I am using an ic91, and 880 and a connection 
to the internet.  As I don't use the mouse to get around,  since I have 
to use audible feed back from a screen-reader, is the dropdown list  
between the input box where you type messages when chatting, and the 
"chatt window" where you tell drats which radio to use at the given moment?
