 What happened to the ability to add a single marker to the map window. It
 appears that the only way to add a marker now is to add an entire overlay.
 The set marker function was extremely helpful as we used it to plot
 incidents for emcomm in real time (the address lookup feature made this
 work like a charm). Having to build a csv file for this is not feasible.
